Charlotte Pugh

BA (Hons) in Music at Bath Spa University

Charlotte has been a musician ever since she could pick up an instrument and plays recorder (all sizes), flute, piano and gamelan.

She is influenced by many types of music from all over the world, and at the moment is particularly focusing on traditional and contemporary music from Indonesia, from where she has just returned (she studied gamelan and contemporary music in Java).

Her recorder and flute repertoire includes baroque, classical and contemporary music, and she finished a BA (hons) degree in music just before she left for Java. Her public performances include a wide variety of music and venues including the Guildhall, Bath (recorder concerto), TBS Arts Centre in Solo, Java (music with Sono Seni Ensemble and I Wayan Sadra) and the 2005 Omphalos Magickal Fair.

She is passionate about sound and music and its use in all aspects of life, including healing, magick and trance-work.
